On Elizabeth — A Portrait in Words
By Krystyna, with reflection

"Elizabeth paints her messages with colours and composition. It is a quintessence of communicating the inside part of humanity — without words, but with straight emotions which came out of the biology."

— Krystyna

She makes everyone grateful. She makes everyone think about how differently we view reality.  Elizabeth is a "non-verbal autistic" woman and a celebrated abstract painter, born and raised on the North Shore. She has shared her gift with her community through over 30 local exhibitions, and her artwork hangs in the homes of neighbours, friends, and strangers who became admirers. She does not speak in words — she speaks in colour, in composition, in feeling. And somehow, that reaches further than words ever could.

What Krystyna understands — and what Elizabeth's art quietly shares — is that our biology is a superhighway sensory computer. Most of us have been conditioned to tune it out, to follow what we have been told rather than pause and truly feel. Elizabeth never lost that connection. She paints from a place most of us can no longer easily access — the raw, unfiltered interior of human experience — and in doing so, she holds up a mirror to what it means to be alive.

She is not just an artist. She is a teacher.
Her work is a rare window into a way of experiencing the world that goes beyond language, beyond logic, beyond the noise of everyday life. It speaks directly to something ancient and shared in all of us — the part that feels before it thinks.

Perhaps the greatest gift humanity could give itself is learning to pause, to feel, and to truly listen to what people like Elizabeth are already showing us. To stop suffering through the surface of life and start searching deeper — not only following what we have been told, but opening ourselves to what we can sense, feel, and know from within.

Elizabeth found a way to communicate what words cannot hold.
And in that, she gives all of us something priceless

Nobody sees what’s around on earth anymore and she/he is busy ai editing and worshiping. I try to open your eyes so you can see and see me around. And feel. And refrain on treating me as if you not see me. And not feel. Because you too are wasting your life when you do not see me but screen staring. To see is equals to be aware
